Which handheld vacuum tool setup fits your cleanup routine?

Choose by the tool and charging setup you want, not by an untested cleaning-performance promise. Bissell’s official 2390 page lists 2390A as a similar model and describes a motorized brush plus upholstery and crevice tools; BLACK+DECKER documents a pivoting nozzle, onboard brush, extendable crevice tool, and charging base for BDH2000PL. Confirm the exact Bissell retail-box contents before relying on a particular attachment.

The buying question

Do you want the Bissell 2390 family’s powered-brush and upholstery-tool workflow, or the BDH2000PL’s pivoting nozzle and built-in reach tools?

The Bissell family documentation centers on a motorized brush and removable tools for soft surfaces, while the exact BLACK+DECKER model documents a pivoting wide-mouth nozzle, onboard brush, extendable crevice tool, and charging base. The selected Bissell 2390A retail box should be checked for exact included accessories.

Quick verdict

Choose BLACK+DECKER dustbuster PIVOT VAC BDH2000PL if

  • You want a pivoting wide-mouth nozzle with the brush and crevice tool stored on the vacuum.
  • You want the exact BDH2000PL listing to include a charging base for a designated wall or table charging location.

When to skip: Skip both if your main need is a full-room upright or stick vacuum rather than a portable handheld.
When the recommendation changes
  • If the Bissell 2390A retailer package does not include the brush or upholstery tools you need, verify the contents before choosing it for that workflow.
  • If charging-base storage is important, compare the actual 2390A package with the BDH2000PL base included on the BLACK+DECKER product page; do not infer an unlisted Bissell accessory is absent.

The differences that matter

Surface And Attachment Workflow

Bissell Pet Hair Eraser 2390A Cordless Hand Vacuum

Bissell’s manufacturer page is for model 2390, lists 2390A among similar models, and describes the family’s motorized brush, upholstery tool, and crevice tool; the exact 2390A package still needs a box-content check.[1, 2]

BLACK+DECKER dustbuster PIVOT VAC BDH2000PL

BLACK+DECKER’s exact BDH2000PL page lists a pivoting wide-mouth nozzle, onboard flip-up brush, and extendable crevice tool.[3]

What this changes: This distinguishes intended task handling and accessory setup without claiming a cleaning-performance advantage.[1, 2, 3]

The better fit depends on your priorities

Charging Storage And Emptying Routine

Bissell Pet Hair Eraser 2390A Cordless Hand Vacuum

Bissell’s 2390 page says the hand vacuum comes with a charging cord with plug and cable and lists 2390A as a similar model; the exact retail bundle is not specified there.[1]

BLACK+DECKER dustbuster PIVOT VAC BDH2000PL

The exact BDH2000PL page lists an included charging base, wall or table charging locations, an easy-empty bowl, and washable filter.[3]

What this changes: The documented charging arrangements support a separate setup choice. The source does not prove that Bissell lacks a base; easy-empty collection and washable filtration are not treated as differentiators.[1, 3]

Value and trade-offs

One or both observed offers have eligibility conditions, so no unrestricted price difference is shown.

If current offers differ, weigh the price difference against the exact accessory package and charging arrangement you will use. No stable dollar premium is embedded here.

Current price observations do not establish a longer-term price window, so there is not enough history for a Buy Now or Wait recommendation.

Limitations

  • Bissell’s manufacturer page is for model 2390 and explicitly lists 2390A as a similar model; it does not identify the exact B07CB6RBSP retail bundle. Check that listing or package for the particular accessories before purchase.
  • The official feature descriptions do not provide a matched test of pickup, suction, runtime, noise, battery life, or reliability; no performance winner is claimed.
  • The Bissell page describes a charging cord while the BLACK+DECKER page lists a charging base. The Bissell source does not establish whether the selected 2390A package also includes a base, so this is a documented setup distinction, not proof that one is unavailable.

Questions shoppers ask

Does the Bissell 2390A package definitely include the tools shown for model 2390?

The Bissell 2390 page lists 2390A as a similar model and describes a motorized brush, upholstery tool, and crevice tool. Because the selected retail ASIN is a 2390A listing and the manufacturer page does not spell out that exact box, confirm the package contents on the offer you plan to buy.

Which one includes a charging base?

BLACK+DECKER explicitly lists a charging base as included with BDH2000PL and describes wall or table placement. The Bissell 2390 family page says it comes with a charging cord; it does not establish whether the 2390A retail package also includes a base.

Methodology and sources

Compared published model/family identification, tool setup and charging configuration. Bissell’s source is a 2390-family page that names 2390A as similar; BLACK+DECKER’s page is exact to BDH2000PL. Retail package contents remain a buyer check for the Bissell ASIN.

Automated search and page reading helped locate and compare manufacturer documentation; product behavior was not independently tested.
