Which units and listed platform size fit your bathroom scale setup?

Both manufacturers list pounds and kilograms. Vitafit’s VT726 manual also lists stones. Their published overall width and length are 277 × 277 mm for the VT726 and 30.3 × 30.3 cm for the EB4074C. Choose by the unit options you want listed and the dimensions you can accommodate; these specifications do not establish measurement accuracy, comfort, stability, or safety.

The buying question

Do you need the VT726’s published stones option, or do the EB4074C’s listed platform dimensions better match the area you have planned?

The VT726 manual lists lb/kg/st and overall width and length of 277 mm each; the EB4074C page lists lb/kg and overall width and length of 30.3 cm each.

Quick verdict

Choose Etekcity EB4074C bathroom scale if

  • You prefer the EB4074C’s listed 30.3 cm square overall width and length for your planned space; compare them with your available area rather than assuming a comfort or stability benefit.

When the recommendation changes
  • If you only use pounds or kilograms, both manufacturers list those units, so the unit difference may not decide it.
  • If your available area is tight, measure it and compare the listed dimensions; the published dimensions alone do not prove either scale will feel more comfortable or stable.

The differences that matter

Weight Unit Options

Vitafit VT726 bathroom scale

Vitafit’s VT726 manual lists kilograms, pounds, and stones (kg/lb/st).[1]

Etekcity EB4074C bathroom scale

The EB4074C product page lists pounds and kilograms (lb/kg).[2]

What this changes: If you need the manufacturer’s published unit options to include stones, the VT726 manual explicitly lists it. Both pages list pounds and kilograms; the EB4074C page does not establish whether an unlisted unit is available in another mode.[1, 2]

The better fit depends on your priorities

Listed Platform Footprint

Etekcity EB4074C bathroom scale

The EB4074C page lists overall dimensions of 30.3 × 30.3 × 2.4 cm (overall width and length are each 30.3 cm).[2]

What this changes: Compare the listed overall width and length with the clear area where you plan to use or store the scale. Dimensions alone do not establish standing comfort, stability, or safety.[1, 2]

Not on the evidence here. The manufacturer dimensions let you compare the stated width and length with your available area, but they are not a comfort or stability test.
